Empower Employees 

SP HR includes a separate secure Employee Portal that is specifically designed to offer resources, information, and services to employees. Through MyHR, employees can ask questions and receive answers in the knowledge base, see HR announcements, events, update employee data, or access HR policies, forms, and documents. HR application icons connect to human resources external applications like payroll or benefit sites.

If an employee requests help or services, creating a service request is quick and easy. Employees can see and manage the status of previously submitted requests. With MyHR, employees are empowered to help themselves.

Automate Processes and Service Tracking

​The staff side of SP HR is a secure site designed for the human resources team to organize and optimize work. Whether tracking employee data, documents, or changes, SP HR provides process automation for employee management. Additionally, HR staff can manage and track requests for services from employees with an easy to use help desk. The portal also drives collaboration across the human resources team with discussions, idea sharing, and task tracking. SP HR even supports administrative needs like vendor contacts, document management for policies, contracts, regulations, and procedures.

​SP HR can be used as an HRIS system alone or to add Portal functionality and self-service to an existing human resources application. SP HR and the optional applications make up a full HR solution if needed. It is an excellent first system for small to medium organizations.
