When you are ready to publish a new policy, an acknowledgement task and notification email will automatically be created for every employee in the related policy group. This allows management to identify all acknowledgements that are still outstanding so they know exactly who to go to when a deadline is approaching. Managers can determine whether to send out reminders and overdue notifications to employees who have not yet acknowledged the new policy.
