The HR staff portal displays approaching employee performance reviews up front so that the human resources team never has to worry about late reviews. Initiating a new review is as easy as two clicks. Notifications are automatically sent to the manager to get the ball rolling. Searching for past reviews and reviewing current appraisal status is also conveniently accessed from the HR staff portal, making it easy for human resources staff to find the performance information they are looking for.
Custom portals for employees and managers
Employees can easily access past and upcoming performance reviews from the MyHR Employee Portal. Managers can quickly locate the status for reviews pending approval, upcoming employee reviews, and see their own reviews.
