Employee Service Portal

The Employee Portal is a secure page provided as an information and service point for employees who the department provides services for. It is designed to drive self-service and reduce the need for email or calls with the department staff.
From here an employee can find answers to questions (KB and FAQ), see the latest communications, find documents or other resources and if needed submit a service request. It can easily be customized (no code change) with links to applications, or additional lists or libraries. |

Staff PortalThe Staff Portal is a secure area on the site to organize department resources, activities and resources. From the Home Page of the Department, staff members can see department communications and calendar, access share documents and files, search a knowledge base and manage service requests. Activities and work can be tracked through a shared task list or use Planner as part of the Staff Team or Group.
Departments can also manage their own content (news, announcement, events, etc) using a content manager dashboard and choose to promote the content to the Intranet Home page. From myWorkspace, staff members can see from a single place all tasks assigned to them, email, documents, service requests and their OneDrive.
