SP Marketplace has been working with customers to transform their "Office 365 from MS Office in the Cloud" perspective to using it as a Digital Workplace across their organization.  Over the last 7 years, and over 1000 customers we have developed a suite of Workplace Solutions anchored by an Intranet and the best practice services to deliver a phased transition to get the most out of Office 365 as a Digital Workplace.

Our business model however is Software, not Services.  Therefore we are looking for a few key partners who are Office 365 MSPs or SharePoint consultants to partner with to provide these time tested best practice services via consulting and/or Managed Services models.   Partners can sign-up for 1 or more models.

Types of Partnerships

Certified Service Partners
These partners are business and technology consulting firms that SP Marketplace trains and certifies to  deliver SharePoint customization's for  SP Workplace Suite solutions.  SP Marketplace sells and installs the software, the partner delivers the related business consulting and SharePoint customization services to the customer.  SP Marketplace may bring in a Service Partner into a deal, or the Service Partner may bring SP Marketplace in and optionally receive a referral fee.  In some cases SP Marketplace may establish a sub-contracting relationship with this type of partner.

Software Reseller Partners  
Software Reseller Partners are responsible for the entire marketing and sales process in a defined region or industry segment.  SP Marketplace is looking for IT firms that have sales capabilities, optionally services resources to provide a full solution.  Two business models are available, the first where the Reseller acts as an outsourced sales resource, and SP Marketplace take the order.  Or where the reseller owns the customer and is the face for services and 1st level support.  

Managed Services Partners
Microsoft Office 365 MSPs can differentiate themselves and offering offer higher level services by bundling SP Marketplace Products into their Managed Service Offerings.  We show you how to add a Digital Workplace service to your base Office 365 managed service offerings.  Clients can add a basic Intranet Structure, or different levels of a business suite on Office 365.  You can build in monthly license fees into your Managed Services monthly model.  Extend your managed services to new levels of value.
