All SP Workplace Solution Products are available on a mobile device out-of-the-box. However, there are cases where field service personnel need a simpler user interface than the standard forms in the application. To support this requirement we provide an out-of-the-box template page and form in any of the department based products and CRM.

How does it work?
All products are built on SharePoint with SharePoint site pages for home, portal and workspace interfaces by user role. For a Field Mobile app, we create a special page designed specifically for a simplified mobile interface that filters content specifically for the user. This way an IT, Facilities or other staff person in the field can access assigned tickets, work orders or services requests from any location that has internet or cell access. When they open an item to work on it, the form automatically senses if is coming from a mobile device and displays a only those fields required to complete the work.
